Abstract

The endorsement of rights and freedoms in the constitution does not in any way mean that they are unleashed without restrictions, as the purpose of setting these restrictions is to create a kind of balance between the rights of citizens on the one hand and the rights of public authorities on the other hand, however these restrictions may be multiple, including What is constitutional, including what is legislative, and for the sake of real protection of rights and freedoms from restriction, especially legislative restriction. According to the laws and regulations issued by the authorities, as monitoring the constitutional judiciary is one of the most important components of building a democratic state, and therefore the constitutional judiciary oversight of the actions issued by the public authorities, especially the legislative authority, is necessary.
