Abstract

The legislator may find that some people share certain characteristics that make them need special protection. Among these groups are children who are characterized by physical, psychological and mental weakness that makes them unable to defend themselves. This for the average child how is the case and if the child has special needs, they need Constitutional protection commensurate with their situation . The rights that are given to them are not for their pure personal benefit but for the interest of society because any attack on children represents an attack on society in a family.
