Theories of unexpected financial difficulties

Abstract

The unexpected materialistic difficulty theory is one of the important theories in the administrative law ratified by the French state Council. Upon executing a contract there arise unexpected and exceptional materialistic difficulties and problem which do not lead to the impossibility of executing the contract but make the contractor overburdened. they are also so expensive that the contractor does not expect, a case which has the consequence of providing the contractor with complete compensation for the damages which he has suffered as a result of these difficulties.
