The impact of disciplinary measures on promotion and promotion of public employees -A comparative study-
Abstract
The promotion and promotion system is one of the most important systems that contribute to the development, development and prosperity of the administrative system. The public employee is entitled to promotion and promotion to a job or a higher degree than that which he occupies if he meets the necessary conditions. However, the promotion decision may be met with one or more of the obstacles Which resulted in depriving the employee of promotion, promotion or delay, not because of the absence of conditions, but because of an impediment to the same employee, it was important to discuss the effect of disciplinary measures as one of the obstacles to promotion and promotion of the public employee to know the provisions and implications of the legislatures For the Iraqi and the Jordanian.
