Judicial implementation of the administrative decision

Abstract
Administrative decision making is one of the most important prerogative power of the administration. Hence the administration has the power to issue binding decisions by its own will, whereas individuals do not have the right to impose obligations on other individuals of their own will. Typically, administrations are also charged in implementing their decisions. Indeed, decision enforcement is even more serious in terms of their legal effects . there is a significant difference between the legal effect of the decision and the physical execution of that decision, which in most cases is necessary to harmonize the physical reality with the legal system amended by the resolution. Initially, the administration relies on the judiciary to execute its decisions, but in certain cases, it has the authority to enforce its decisions by force without recourse to the judiciary. Thus, this paper focuses on the judicial implementation of administrative decisions because administrative decisions manifest an important feature the administration power, and thus such decisions must be implemented by the means and methods laid down by the law, through voluntary implementation of administrative decisions, direct compulsory execution, and enforcement through the judiciary.
