Administrative empowerment among the board members of sports clubs in Nineveh Governorate

The current study aims toprepare the Administrative Empowerment Questionnaire for the board members of sports clubs in Nineveh Governorate, identify the level of administrative empowerment and its dimensions among the board members of sports clubs in Nineveh Governorate, and identify the level of administrative empowerment factors among the board members of sports clubs in Nineveh Governorate.The researchers used the descriptive correlational method. The sample consisted of 295 members from the administrative boards of sports clubs in Nineveh Governorate, distributed across 39 clubs. To achieve the research objectives, the researchers prepared the Administrative Empowerment Questionnaire for 200 members, ensuring its face validity and reliability.The researchers concluded:The validity of the AdministArative Empowerment Questionnaire for the board members of sports clubs in Nineveh Governorate.The board members of sports clubs in Nineveh Governorate generally possess a high level of administrative empowerment, with dimensions ranging between high and very high.Based on the conclusions, the researchers recommended:Adopting and applying the Administrative Empowerment Questionnaire to the board members of clubs in other governorates.They assist the board members in developing their training and honing their talents by participating in training courses at least four times a year
