Data collection methods included source analysis, questionnaires, and personal interviews. A questionnaire (list) of professional standards was prepared, containing (78) indicators representing (9) professional standards. The scientific validation processes included expert validity, internal consistency of the items, and construct validity. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed using the split-half method and Cronbach's alpha. The questionnaire was then distributed to the sample, and data were statistically analyzed. The main findings indicated that the level of professional performance evaluation among physical education teachers in Nineveh Governorate was generally at a moderate level on the list and across all dimensions and indicators.
