The sports life skills of the students of Nineveh Secondary School for outstanding students

The current study aimed to identify the sports life skills of the Nineveh Secondary School for Outstanding Students. The researchers hypothesized that the students of Nineveh Secondary School have high sports life skills. The study used a descriptive method with a survey style. The study sample consisted of 75 second-year students who were selected randomly. However, the sample for statistical analysis consisted of 110 students. The researchers used a scale for measuring sports life skills, edited by Coronin and Allen in 2016. A statistical program (SPSS) was used to obtain the statistical results. The researchers concluded that the sports life skills scale was practical, translated, and coded to fit the Iraqi environment and the students of Nineveh Secondary School for Outstanding Students. Nineveh Secondary School for Outstanding Students showed high problem-solving and communication skills compared to other skills under study.
