Psychological and Social Climate and its relationship with Sporting achievement motivation for Mosul University Varcity Players of Team Games

This study aims to identify:Level of psychological and social Climate and achievement motivation for MosulUniversity Varcity players of Team games, as well as to identify the relationship ofpsychological and Social Climate with achievement motivation for Mosul University Varcityplayers of Team games.The researchers used descriptive method with correlated style for its relevance to thenature of the research, and the research sample consisted of Mosul University Varcity playersof Team games for academic year (2011-2012) who are (64) player. The data were collectedusing psychological, social Climate and sporting achievement motivation measurements, andthe data obtained by the researchers was treated by using (percentage, arithmetic mean
standard deviation, simple correlation coefficient and T-test for one sample) and Theresearchers concluded the following:- Members of the research sample have good levels of psychological and social Climate,Which originates with man since his childhood.- Members of the research sample have good levels of sporting achievement motivation, thatis because they have personal convictions Which was a result of their achievements.- There is significant relationship for psychological and social Climate with sportingachievement motivation for Mosul University Varcity players of Team games.
