Abstract

Conflict is one of the behaviors facing the administrations in athletic organizations. The study aims at:
- Identifying means dealing with organizational conflict by the athletic teams administrations in Erbil.
- Comparing means of dealing with organization conflict among the athletic teams administrations in Erbil.
- Identifying the most familiar means in dealing with organizational conflict among athletic teams administrations in Erbil.
The study contains many fields including the human field dealing with some athletic teams administrations in Erbil. Section two contains some of the concepts including conflict, its levels and phases and means of dealing with conflict. In section three, the researcher used the descriptive approach and used questionnaire form to reach the study aims. The researcher some of the statistical means including variance analysis and the least significant difference. Many results were derived and the researcher made some recommendations to pay more attention for psychological, educational and administrative courses to make the manager more conceiving of the conflicts among players.
