Abstract The research has aimed at constracting atest Of shooting accuracy for Penalty in water polo. The population of research consisted of (146) students from senior student in the college of sport Education at the University of Mosul for the year (2009 2010), the Sample of study consisted of (90) students selected deliberately, which represented a percentage of (61.643) from the main research population, The researcher has applied statistical means such as the percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Mode, coefficient Skwenss, chi-square test and t-test of independent samples. The most important conclusion which the researcher found: - the Test which was constructed measure the shooting accuracy very precisely for the spots penalty shooting in water polo.
