Abstract

Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the Seal, the Trustworthy, the Master of Messengers, our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his good and pure family and companions, and those who follow them in righteousness until the Day of Judgment... As for what follows: The research aims to show Islamic morals and values that play a major vital role in sustainable development, and which promote positive behavior, social responsibility, and respect for society. Islamic morals and values are an essential part of the teachings of Islam and include many values, including Justice, wisdom, cooperation, balance, moderation, humility, benevolence, etc. The Islamic religion emphasizes the importance of justice and equality in dealing with others and preserving the rights of everyone, as the Prophet (may God bless him and grant him peace) said: (I was sent only to perfect good morals) This also extends to social and economic justice. We conclude from this that there is a fair distribution of wealth and opportunities to ensure the sustainability of development. We also find that Islamic morals and values encourage the preservation of natural resources and the environment. Because excessive consumption of these resources leads to pollution and environmental destruction, and this is contrary to the Islamic concept of sustainability Islamic values push believers to practice charity and charitable giving, and encourage them to direct aid and support to those in need and promote sustainable development in society. Through this, applying these values in daily life, Islamic individuals and communities can work towards achieving a balance between current and future needs and preserving natural, economic and environmental resources. For future generations, and employing ethical aspects to complete the development process.
