Evaluation of the efficiency of secondary education services in the city of Kufa

Abstract The study of educational services is one of the necessary and extremely important topics that is no less important than other community services such as health, recreational, and other services, because they are the real beginning for developing the individuals artistic capabilities because of the upbringing and preparation of a conscious, educated generation that has the actual ability to develop society and build its cultural renaissance . Therefore, the two researchers crystallized the idea of evaluating the efficiency of secondary education services because it is considered one of the important educational stages that the student of this stage passes through. The city of Kufa was chosen as a study area because it is considered the second city in terms of importance in the Al-Najaf Governorate. The research included three sections, the first of which came as a theoretical and conceptual guide. For research, while the second examined the geographical distribution of secondary schools in the city of Kufa, the third dealt with evaluating the efficiency of secondary education services in the city, based on educational, demographic and cadastral standards, as well as measuring the efficiency of geographical distribution using the nearest neighbor presumption, standard distance, the direction of the geographical distribution of this service, and defining areas.
