Abstract

As for what follows:Undoubtedl Islamic law includes and includes everything that achieves happiness for man in all its forms. Because it is the conclusion of the laws that God Almighty has approved for us, and unanimously, Islamic law came to achieve the interests of the servants iny, In both worlds, and in recent times, many terms have appeared that should have been studied and adapted legally, and among these terms is the term (sustainable development); That is why this study was titled: ((Sustainable development is a vision A fundamentalist vision in light of the purposes of Sharia)) which is taking a purposeful look at the term sustainable development and its components, linking them, identifying its most important components, and looking at it from the purposeful side. This research will be organized in an introduction There are two sections and a conclusion: the first section: introducing the vocabulary of the title, and the second section: components of sustainable development from a fundamental view in light of the objectives of Sharia, and a conclusion that included the most important results, and a list of sources and references.
