Abstract

After these distinguished scholars, the banner of vocal lesson was carried by eminent scholars who followed in the footsteps of the predecessors, studying their efforts and interpreting their sayings. Among them was Dr. Khalil Ibrahim Al-Attiyah, who had a sober style, a solid texture, and the courage to present his opinions based on expertise and experience, which enabled him to know the features of the vocal approach, which is summarized in Most of the Arab phonetic studies fall within the science of phonetics. Because it includes the study of the anatomical formation of the speech apparatus, and the elements of sound at the level of the human group, it also includes some aspects of phonology, including the laws of affect and influence, stress and intonation, and the length and shortness of the sound
