Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the extent of the possibility of investing in modern technologies in developing scientific research skills by following the content analysis method, and to present a proposed model represented by a modern and advanced interactive digital platform, which can be designed specifically to develop scientific research skills, meet the needs of many researchers, and contribute to the application of Quality standards in the field of scientific research, and improving its outputs at all national and Arab levels. One of the most important goals of the interactive digital platform is to mobilize researchers and attract them to one place that provides them with a suitable communication and interactive environment, enabling them to demonstrate all the skills, experiences and capabilities related to scientific research, and all the techniques, applications and computer and digital programs that they need in all stages and steps of scientific research of its various types, methods and scientific specializations. Enabling researchers to carry out their research projects by taking advantage of the content of the digital platform, all the tools, methods, programs and activities it provides, and the technologies and programs it makes available using cloud computing, in addition to other very important goals. The research recommended that more research efforts be made to develop the model of the interactive digital platform that he proposed, and to study the requirements for transforming it into a realistic project capable of investing in modern technologies in the field of developing scientific research skills, at various academic levels, and in all scientific fields, fields, and specializations.
