Abstract

The research titled: The disputing eloquence in the judicial discourse, coveted to, treat the lack of rhetorical research in this article, and seek to achieve groups of goals, Most notably: to understand the contemporary judicial discourse, and how the argument engaged in it, and it used the method of deliberative in the applied study filed. It was confined about Dicros arguments how seeing the language achieves linguistic functions, and the argument job is the essential job in it, so in the end it came to an important results such as: The most prominent manifestations of the deliberative dimension in the argumentative judicial discourse appear in the dialogue, whether it was monophonic or polyphonic. The arguments, links and factors, and the linguistic actions, It carried intended functions in the judicial discourse, which all members of the discourse realize with their common sense. Also, the studies recommended that the researchers pay more attention to the judicial discourse because it still needs more studies.
