Section: Quranic and Islamic education sciences
Abstract
The Jews are very interested in their history and heritage, including their prophets who were sent to them, especially those who have books in their names in the Old Testament. Among these famous prophets is the Prophet Nahum, who has a book of his own in the Bible, and his shrine is located in the city of Mosul in northern Iraq. The Jews tried and finally succeeded in visiting his shrine, and restoring it informally, and they make pilgrimages to him and pray at his grave.
