Abstract

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and peace and blessings be upon the Master of the Prophets and Missionaries, and on Allah and His companions and those who have been guided by their guidance to the Day of Religion, either after:Prayer is a sacred spiritual worship and it is not just movements performed by Muslims but it is a worship that requires reverence in the hands of God and humiliation because it is a fulfillment between the slave and his God , so we must evoke the heart and focus in this majestic meeting between the slave and God to pray to God with all honesty and sincerity with what is in his mind and to feel comfortable from the troubles of life it is the key to our entry to paradise and the prophet of God peace be upon him was honest when he said O Bilal give us comfort by it. it is comfort and not just movements that we perform and for this worship works that must be performed with all sincerity and honesty and evoke a heart and one of these movements and actions is to put hands in prayer between the Qabd and Sadl , what is its judge and what the scholars said about it. In this research, we will briefly mention the judge on placing hands in prayer between the Sadl and the Qabd, a comparative jurisprudential study, which included an introduction, preface, two sections and the conclusion, the first section involves a definition of prayer bodies, the first demand is about the definition of the hand, chest and navel, while the demand is about the definition of Qabd holding hands and the definition of the Isdaal or the Sadl releasing hands, while the third demand talked about how the placement mentioned of hands was correct or not, then the second section on the legality of holding hands in the first demand included the legitimacy of closing hands in prayer and then the second demand about the legality of arrest in prayer, while the third demand is about how Qabd considered within obligatory or supererogatory works or vice versa, then the fourth demand about the argues of the scholars in Qabd and Isdaal in prayer with their proofs and then the conclusion and then the evidence and then the references and bibliography list.
