This research has dealt with an important jurisprudential issue, namely, the trust contract in the legal consideration, so that the Muslim should be aware of his command, the meaning of the deposit, and the difference between it and trust, and to know the elements of the deposit, its conditions, its effects, and the obligations of the depositor, and because it is a contract of attachment and charity, and striking Of credit, and a form of cooperation in righteousness and piety in the Islamic perspective among people, and the research included an introduction, three topics and a conclusion: As for the first topic: The deposit dealt with its definition, legality and ruling, and as for the second topic, the conditions for contracting the deposit, and the third topic: What is related to the deposit, then the research concluded Conclusion to his most prominent results.
