Knowledge sharing among teachers of the geographical area from their point of view
Abstract
The current research aims to know the degree of knowledge sharing practice among the teachers of the Geography Department from their point of view, and to achieve the goal of the research, the descriptive approach was used. Verify its validity and reliability, and it consists of (30) paragraphs. Statistical means such as: mean, standard deviation, and t-test for two independent samples were used.The research reached a set of results, including: The second field (teaching and learning activities) ranked first and with a large degree, while the field (scientific research) ranked last, third, and with a low degree.The research reached a set of recommendations, including: The necessity of educating the teaching staff about the need to use knowledge sharing among them to increase their efficiency and academic capabilities.The researcher suggested a set of proposals, including conducting a similar study to the current study to identify the students' views on the degree of knowledge sharing practice
