Abstract

Our work in this research is based on providing the existence of semantic relationship-pivotal meaning-linking the binary roots in the lexicon of language standards, and in this approach wefollowed what Ibn faris followed in linking the signs, and the origin in terminology: it is the meaning that was measuredin all the derivation, for Ibn Faris relied on a single meaning that combine the derivation of the root and his call it the original. And we in turn, went to these principles and found that they are common to some of the roots, as well as their commonality with other books, as we will see in the fundamental : lack,weakness and differentiatio, A dictionary of measures, which is caused virgin library, as it is linguistic base that gather the diaspora of the language Although he is not the first to collect the language, but he is the first to draw analogies on the common linguistic meaningin his lexicon to derive the same semantic origin, even if some of the roots resolve around more than one origin.
