Rulings based on forgiveness according to Al-Nawawi in his book Al-Majmu’ fi Ahkam Al-Maa

This research deals with the rulings based on forgiveness according to Al-Nawawi in his book Al-Majmu fi Ahkam Al-Ma. I divided this research into an introduction and two sections. The first section: Definition of the titles vocabulary and included three demands: The first requirement: Definition of the meaning of rulings and forgiveness. The second topic: Definition of Imam Al-Nawawi. The third requirement: Introduction to the book Al-Majmu, the second topic: rulings based on forgiveness in the rulings on water, and it includes two requirements: the first requirement: the water coming out of the sleepers mouth, the second requirement: what water spoils pure things, and then studying these issues in an eight-order order as follows: A title for each issue, then a picture of the issue, then detailing the subject of the disagreement, then explaining the reason for the disagreement, then explaining the connection of the issue to forgiveness, then the sayings of the jurists, the text of Imam al-Nawawi, a statement of the evidence and its discussion, and the weighting with an explanation of the reason, then I ended the research with a conclusion that included the most important results that I reached it, and mentioned the sources and references that I relied on in this research.
