The Explicit Obligatory Ruling on Khula in Al-San'ani's Subul al-Salam

Praise be to Allah, and may peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, his family, companions, and those who follow him.In this research, I addressed the obligatory ruling according to Al-San'ani, as stated in his book Subul al-Salam, in the chapter on Khula. I divided this research into an introduction and three sections.The first section includes a definition of obligatory rulings.The second section covers the biography of Al-San'ani. The third section discusses the obligatory ruling mentioned by Al-San'ani in the chapter on Khula.I explained this as follows: I presented the title of the issue, followed by the relevant hadith, the context of the issue, and an analysis of the issue under the title "The Obligatory Ruling According to Al-San'ani." I also mentioned those among scholars who agreed with his view. Finally, the research concludes with a conclusion and a list of sources and references.
