This research aims to explore the life and upbringing of Imam al-Suhayli, including his name, lineage, and title. It also examines his birth and education, highlighting that he studied various sciences under the guidance of multiple scholars. Likewise, many students learned from him and benefited from his vast knowledge, as he held a significant scholarly status during his time. Scholars praised him for his

The study also discusses his numerous works, with Al-Rawd al-Unuf being the most prominent. Additionally, it delves into the era of Imam al-Suhayli, analyzing the political and economic fluctuations and the power struggle between the Almoravids and the Almohads.
Among the most important sources used in this research are Al-Anis al-Mutrib by Ibn Abi Zara (d. after 726 AH), Wafayat al-A'yan by Ibn Khallikan (d. 681 AH), and Al-Alam by Al-Zarkali (d. 1396 CE), along with other relevant sources.
