Abstract


The term poetic sentence is one of the terms that appeared in the modern -Our knowledge according to-era, and it has not received widespread attention Malaika mentioned on page (101) -in critical lesson, or textual analysis; Nazik Aland the following of her book Issues of Contemporary Poetry the weight that accompanies the part with five or nine objects, and she justified this by avoiding this writing style for the Arab taste in receiving poetry, and she did not address the poetic sentence. Because the criterion then depends on the poetic line, and the idea of interconnection between poetic lines to produce a poetic sentence that later becomes the nucleus upon which free poetry is based was not discussed.However, Ezzedine Ismail pays attention to this term, in his book Contemporary Arabic Poetry (its Artistic and Moral Issues), and mentions a title on page (108) (The Music of the Poetic Sentence), in which he defines the concept of the poetic sentence, and explains its nature using poetic models, but he did not study the effect of the sentence. Poetics in the formation of rhythm, especially when the poem borrows dialogue or narration from other arts; hree axesTherefore, this study came to reveal this effect within t:1- The rhythmic path of the poetic sentence in light of meter2- Rhythm movement between dialogue and poetic sentence3- The interplay between the narrative and the poetic sentence
