Abstract

This research addresses some grammatical and morphological aspects that Abu Hayyan questioned the permissibility of in "Al-Bahr Al-Muheet" due to the lack of evidence from the speech of the Arabs. The study is structured into two sections, preceded by an introduction and a prelude, and followed by a conclusion that includes the most important findings of the research. The researcher relied on the descriptive-analytical method in studying this issue.Among the main objectives was to verify the necessity of these aspects requiring evidence from the speech of the Arabs. One of the most significant findings was the acceptance of requiring evidence for certain aspects that need it, and rejecting it for clear and evident aspects.
