The leading Condnct in the Iraq UniversitiesTrainers in Hand ball

() () 02. 0 The study aims at identifying the leading condnct in the iraq Universities trainers and the difference between them . it has been assumed that there are no significant differences in the means at leader ship in these trainers .The study has been conducted on the Iraqi Universities trainers in handball (17 in number) participating in the Iraqi Universities champinship 2004-2005 . the condnct list prefered by the sport trainers , consisting of 38 items , has been used . the data have been statistically dealt with .It has been concluded that these trainers have practiced the best leading condnct , and that the antocratic condnct has been ignored by them . It has been recommended to improve the leading (training) way by trainers , and hold training couses consentrating on the most important modern leading ways that lead to great achierernents .
