The scholars of Islam must give the Islamic jurisprudence the value it deserves in their field of study and research ,especially concerning the review of book of Islamic jurisprudence and footnoting the changes . The scholars must separate between the well-estaBlished and variable judgments and concern themselves in illustrating the unfamiliar phrases using circulated terms.
