Effect of Using Drama Playing on Listening Comprehension by Special Education Pupils
Abstract
(( (05,0) )) (19) ( ) (22) ( ) T-Test . .The current research aims to reveal the effect of using drama playing on listening Comprehension for special education pupils. To achieve the aim, the researchers put a hypothesis stating that (( there is a statistical significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the means of the experimental group using drama playing and the control group using the traditional way in listening Comprehension. The sample was (19) pupils of third primary pupils of special education. The researchers made a test to measure listening Comprehension by those pupils; after finishing the experiment of (22) terms specified for the reading book prescribed for this stage . Face validity and stability of the test were extracted. The researchers made the plans for drama playing of the experimental group and plans for the traditional way for the control group. The researchers used the experimental design known as (equivalent groups) with post test and equalized the two groups in some variables. As for statistical means t- test for two independent samples and pearson conjunction factor (were used) to analyse the results .The results showed statistical significant drfference in favour of the experimental group using drama surpassing the traditional way.Given the above mentioned information, a number of recommendations and suggestions were made .
