The concept of (SELF) and its relation with the results of university League in Basketball

(20) 2009 2010 . : .A coach who is well experienced and realizes his own (SELF) very well, and very close to its reality has a contributive role in achieving the planned aims that he made for himself. This study has a significant importance to know the reality by which Basketball coaches of colleges teams in university of Mosul understand their own (SELVES) and the relation between this understanding and the results of their team performance. The present study seeks to investigate the relation ship between the concept of (SELVES) of coaches and the results of Basketball League and to identify the concept of (SELF) among Basketball coaches of colleges teams in the university of Mosul. The sample of the study included (20) coaches training Basketball colleges teams for the athletic term 2009-2010. The results show that there is appositive statistical relation between the concept of (SELF) of the coaches and the sequence of the results of their teams in Basketball League in the university of Mosul.
