The Effect of Using Three Feed Back Strategies in Mini Teaching on The Acquisition of Using Some Educational Technologies for Assistant Lecturers at The University of Mosul

The research aim at showing out the effect of three strategies of feedback by using microteaching on acquiring skills to use some educational technology for assistance staff members in University of Mousl.The research tries to verify four hypothesis The research is consist of (79) assistance staff members in University of Mousl which divided into three experimental groups , each of them has different feedback.The research limited (50) basic skills for using three famous Educational technology , and preparing three observation forms He has become sure of the validity and reliability of them. The Research was applies by using peer-microteaching during the first course on 1998/1999. One way analysis for variance and shaffee test has used for analysising the data.The results showed that the first group which has feedback from the supervisor is much better than the second group which has feedback from the colleagues , and the third group which has self feedback from the video cassette in acquiring skills for using the three educational technology.
