Finding out where do service balls fall in the service area with their percentages. 3. Finding out method of replying service (reception) with its percentage according to areas of ball falling in the service area.4. Evaluation of planned capabilities of service and reception of the research specimen. The author applied a descriptive methodology using delicate scientific observation. The research population consisted of 12 tennis players participated in Nineveh Open Tournament for tennis held by local tennis federation. Service area where evaluation of difficulty in making the service over to the receiver for both sides (left & right) was divided, then forms (questionnaires) of matches observations were collected leading to the following conclusions: 1. Research specimen showed a high level of service success in comparison with failure cases.2. Good level of directing the services to more difficult areas for the receiving player. 3. Areas (6, 5, & 4) represent the most difficult areas for the receiving player due to his repeated faults. 4. Centre (forehand and backhand) drives ranked first, followed by cross drives, and straight drives as planned capabilities in replying the service. This represents a weak point of the research specimen due to importance of cross and straight drives over the centre ones. 5. The planned capabilities using forehand drives were the most popular in this study.
