The role f real estate investment in tackling the problem of haphazard housing

Abstract
Real estate investment plays a big role in economic life, as investment in the housing sector leads to the mitigation of the housing crisis that states in general and developing in particular because of the weak purchasing power of the citizen, as the housing crisis in these countries led to the emergence of what are known as slums In other words, the establishment of housing outside the administrative organization of cities, which in turn leads to a negative impact on society, because these areas are hotbeds of many health and social problems as well as their lack of the most basic elements of life .
