The Right to housing as a fundamental right to guarantee human dignity
Abstract
The right to housing is a basic need and an irreplaceable natural right. If this right is violated, other rights will be violated due to the link between the right to housing and other rights, it is a guarantee of the dignity of the person who violates it violates the dignity. The phenomenon of encroachment on state lands and irregular construction in Iraq is due to forced displacement and internal displacement as a result of the turbulent situation in terms of security, political, economic and social, as this phenomenon constitutes a danger to society and the state, therefore it is necessary to find proper remedies and legal solutions to provide adequate housing for the deprived of housing and residents Slums.
