The effectiveness of real estate investment in eliminate informal housing

Abstract
Real estate plays on essential role in facilitating investment, by meeting the growing need of the population for housing units, given its importance in economic and social development. Real estate investment is considered the main driver of the national economy, which provides huge potential to achieve the economic advancement of the country. Its presence requires providing the elements of an appropriate investment environment and its legislative, political, economic and social frameworks, in order to be a guarantor in creating real estate containers to encourage national and foreign investments on the one hand, and able to overcome the many risks resulting from its need for huge financial sums, and great technical requirements on the other hand.
