Abstract

There is no doubt that the lease contract of the most common use in society, but we do not exaggerate if we say that this contract is the most common in daily life after the sale contract and this say is not new to anyone. The Iraqi legislator has recognized with this distinctive feature of the mentioned contract. Although its rules are regulated by a general and comprehensive regulation as one of the so-called contracts codified by the legislator in its Civil Code, it has added special rules governing some of its provisions in property rent Law.
