Abstract

The appeal against the judicial ruling is a means of granting to the litigants in the civil action and to the other party affected by the judgment issued, for the purpose of reassuring themselves in the event that they feel that the judgment against them is in whole or in part, and the appeal of judgments is also the means of reconciling the principle of the authoritative provisions with the fact that the fact of judicial judgment is the intellectual product of a person who is not infallible.
