The responsibility of the consultant engineer in the turnkey contract

In ancient times (2000 BC), engineers were subjected to a harsh application of responsibility. The legislation of the State has dealt with aspects of this responsibility in its various dimensions in line with the reality of the requirements of this profession, which has branched and expanded considerably.
