Abstract
The electronic revolution is one of the most significant features of the current era, having impacted all aspects of life, including a vital pillar of societythe judiciarythrough the emergence of electronic courts. Recent health conditions have further encouraged the adoption of this system, as these life changes served as a catalyst for the rise of such courts. Consequently, it has become necessary to reconsider the traditional judicial system and replace it with a modern one by integrating technology into judicial processes. This aims to ensure the smooth operation of the justice system, accelerate judicial procedures, and enhance the quality of information, in alignment with rapid technological advancements. Electronic litigation is one of the most prominent applications of modern technology in the field of justice, though it presents several legal and practical challenges in various countries.
