The distinction between an international sales contract and the construction contract
Abstract
The contract for the international sale of goods is the essence of international trade and its axis, and its content is useful for the transfer of ownership of one of the contractors to the other contractor for a monetary price paid by the latter, this meaning is clear and unambiguous, But the ambiguity in those sales that are taking place frequently among international dealers, and which are difficult to distinguish between the contract for the international sale of goods and the construction contract that goes beyond the scope of application of the Vienna Convention 1980, particularly when the sale involves goods that the seller undertakes to manufacture or produce, where buyers require sellers to supply items made by the seller in accordance with the required specifications and have special advantages and The various types, in order to satisfy the tastes of consumers and their needs.
