Abstract

It is well known that legal means are one of the most important means of resolving international disputes and their potential to achieve the principles and objectives which the international community aspires to and which is based on respect for international law. Therefore, these means can not only have an effective effect by resorting to them but also by the obligation to implement the provisions that result from these means.The origin of judicial decisions in general, whether issued by national courts or by international tribunals, is to be implemented in good faith by the parties to the dispute. In case of failure to implement, coercive means of implementation are resorted to. If the national courts of States have the means to ensure the implementation of its provisions in case of abstention from the implementation of these provisions, These means are represented by the existence of executive departments to carry out the implementation of the judgments of these courts of different types.
