Abstract

The proper functioning of the judiciary requires certain "procedures", specific conditions and deadlines that individuals must comply with when they resort to the courts. Judges must also take these procedures into account when they take cases when investigating and making a decision. In order to simplify the procedures of litigation, the proper functioning of justice and the shortening of time, effort and expenses, the rules of jurisdiction have been established. They are the legal procedural rules that determine the disputes that fall within the jurisdiction of each court, and each of these courts must adjudicate disputes within its jurisdiction to which the law.
