Measures for granting Palestine observer State Status in United Nations
Abstract
The Procedures for grantingPalestine the status of a Non-Member Observer state in the United Nations, as an entity, .did not have the legal descriptionof the state due to the factor of occupation which is specified in the application procedures including a full explanation of the international legal reality of Palestine and the voting procedures in the General Assembly of the United Nations, which determine the membership situations from this status . It is granted this status after verifying that the elements of the establishment of the Palestinian state have been achieved.
