Abstract

As a result of the development and advancement of technology, the computer has become an important tool in all areas of life, including banking and electronic money transfer for the speed and accuracy of the information provided to both the bank and the customer, but use of this device has some risks on keys that may not be correct, he makes a mistake that would imply the bank's liability to the customer. If the user makes a mistake through the instructions given to the computer by pressing the keys may not be correct, it will cause him to make a mistake that would imply the responsibility of the bank towards the customer. This liability may be contractual in the case where the customer has a contract with the bank, and it may be a fault liability in a situation when the client does not have a contract with the bank.
