Abstract

The subject of the research is the mutual influence between the constitutional rule and international custom, the reality of the role played by some international legal rules represented by the original sources, including customary international rules, in the emergence of some constitutions. For many of the convention rules after their codification procedures, and their relationship to internal laws, especially constitutional ones, and their different status in the constitutions of countries, whose impact we found limited in the emergence of some constitutions in full, and their impact was confined to modern constitutions with regard to human rights, public freedoms, and democratic concepts whose importance appeared through their internationalization in international law Human rights and international humanitarian and environmental law.
