Administrative decentralization in Iraq, its pros and cons.

That the purpose of Darstna in this research is to shed light on the grounds of administrative decentralization in terms of the concept and elements, moving then to the study of administrative decentralization in Iraq, and we found that in order to get closer to the subject and highlight it, it must study the developments undergone by the system of administrative decentralizationin constitutional and legal legislation after 2003.
