English criminal law sources

This research was devoted to study the sources of the English criminal law. For this it is of great importance, because England is the home of Common Law, who moved from there to many countries of the world such as USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand and others. The research consists of an introduction and Study shows the preliminary stages of the evolution of English law, and two sections dedicated to the study of judicial precedent and legislation, and a conclusion, highlights include the conclusions reached, and the approved list of references in it.
