Fundamentals of FINTECH Techniques
Abstract
More recently, the term FINTECH has become more common especially with the significant advancement of financial technologies. Many countries around the world have been using these technologies in providing financial services since traditional financial methods no longer serve customers needs in the digital transformation era. Thus, this paper analyses the three foundations of this technology i.e., how it was in the past and how it has evolved overtime in order understand its compatibility with the philosophy and ideologies of current main financial regimes focusing on the Iraqi legal system.
