Abstract

The political parties of the requirements of the democratic system and the parliamentary system and a cornerstone of its pillars, it can not be a democratic system without its presence, and because of the large role and it is important that doing parties in revitalizing political life and sustain the link between the ruler and the ruled, and the formation of public opinion, configure political cadres as well as adjust the organization of the aspirations of the masses and thus achieve political stability.
